A very important part of this will be the Management Team that will drive the transformation to become a true software product company. Therefore we are now looking for our new Line Manager.
The role
You will be responsible for different Agile development teams. Your main task will be to lead, coach and develop your team members to become high performance teams in our ERP department. You will foster a learning, innovative and creative culture and encourage collaboration between your teams and other teams within the ERP. Furthermore, you will work closely with the rest of the Management Team in ERP to ensure that we become a modern and efficient product development organization.
Requirements
- University degree or equivalent
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Experience in SW product development
- Experience in driving change in a complex environment
- Experienced in using the Agile methods
- Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking
- Large degree of flexibility, willingness to change and to take on different tasks
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in English and Swedish, verbal and writing
